The terms that apply when you purchase a PoshRocket license.
Last updated: August 2026
PoshRocket software is sold by PoshRocket. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, who acts as the merchant of record for all purchases — meaning Lemon Squeezy handles the checkout, billing, and applicable sales tax/VAT for your order, and your payment relationship for the transaction is with them.
PoshRocket is a downloadable Windows desktop application (the "Software") consisting of a background Windows Service and a management application, which together allow you to schedule and run PowerShell scripts on a Windows computer. A purchase grants you a license to use the Software as described below — it is not a sale of the underlying software or its source code.
Subject to payment and these terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use PoshRocket on the number of computers specified for your purchased license tier (unless otherwise stated at checkout, one license covers one computer). This is a one-time purchase for a perpetual license to the version of the Software current at the time of purchase, plus any free updates we make available for that license (see Support and updates).
You may not, without our prior written permission:
Prices are shown on our pricing page at the time of purchase and are processed in the currency and amount presented at checkout by Lemon Squeezy. We reserve the right to change pricing for future purchases at any time; changes do not affect licenses already purchased.
If PoshRocket doesn't work for you, contact us at support@poshrocket.tech within 14 days of purchase and we'll issue a full refund, no questions asked. Refunds are processed back to your original payment method via Lemon Squeezy and may take a few business days to appear depending on your bank or card provider.
The Software is delivered electronically — immediately after successful payment, you'll receive access to download the installer. No physical product is shipped. If you don't receive access within a reasonable time after payment, contact us and we'll sort it out.
Your license includes free updates to the Software (bug fixes, improvements, and new features we choose to include in the base product) and email support for installation and usage questions at support@poshrocket.tech. We aim to respond within 1–2 business days. Support does not include writing or debugging your own PowerShell scripts — only the PoshRocket application itself.
The Software is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements. You are responsible for testing and validating any scripts you schedule with PoshRocket, particularly for critical or production systems.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PoshRocket and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or business arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Software — including damages resulting from scripts you schedule and run through it. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Software or these terms will not exceed the amount you paid for your license.
We may terminate your license if you materially breach these terms (for example, by violating the restrictions above) and fail to cure that breach within a reasonable time after notice. You may stop using the Software and uninstall it at any time.
We may update these terms from time to time; the "last updated" date above will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the Software after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
